Reminder: You don’t know what is going on behind the scenes in someone’s life, so remember to be patient and kind.
A little bit of kindness or hostility can make or break someone’s day.
My invisible chronic illness is my invisible chronic strength Many people don’t see my struggles which means many people won’t see my strength.
But that doesn’t mean it isn’t there. It’s this chronic, invisible strength that gets me through everyday.
I see your fight and your strength
Sometimes I only see my fight and struggles and I fail to recognise my strength (because it’s just a part of getting through daily life now).
But remember to:
stop. look. and acknowledge your strength.
take a moment to thank yourself and your body for all it helps you through.
If you’ve been following me a while you may or may not remember this post, I shared it a while back. But I think it’s time for this reminder again. hope you have a good week ahead friends xx

2 years agoHi Susie,
I wanted to return the favor and stop by your site to introduce myself and see what you’re doing over here on your site. It’s really nice to meet you. I’m glad you found My Several Worlds and look forward to getting to know you better. I completely agree that illness has made me stronger!
