“I am not who I was a year ago and that brings me so much peace” @case.kenny

On my story I asked ‘Do you feel different to who you were this time last year?’ and 95% of you said YES.

I think we’re forever evolving even if we aren’t actively trying to – but I think making some time to look back and reflect on where we were compared to where we are now is extremely beneficial.

🌱 Some seasons we may grow in different ways we never expected, for better or for worse BUT every day we’re getting stronger, we are learning and becoming more resilient (even if it doesn’t always feel like it).

Plus we can grow much more if we’re open to it. So this is your little reminder to …

• invest in yourself,
• do some activities that bring you enjoy,
• write a list of 3 things your grateful for today,
• practice some self care and
• be mindful of speaking positively to yourself.

Because honestly you ✨ GLOW ✨ differently when you love yourself and encourage self growth.

Have you noticed any specific ways you’re different to who you were this time last year? ❤️

Since I posted this picture on Instagram last night, I have been overwhelmed by your comments, messages and replies. Seeing how much everyone has grown and learnt about themselves over the past year … makes me incredibly happy.

It was amazing to read how many of you are feeling more confident and have been learning more about yourselves. I think it’s amazing, so I wanted to add that I am very proud of you and all the work you have been doing on yourself – I know this isn’t easy stuff.

I also want to say that if you don’t feel like you have grown much or changed much or maybe you feel even worse than you did a year ago…. Growth is still happening, I am sure of it. You ARE becoming STRONGER even if you don’t feel it right now.

Don’t forget that growth is not always a visible thing. But it happens over time. It is a slow process and one day you will wake up, look back and realise just how far you have come.

I promise that if you are feeling down or deflated from a lack of growth, change or progress, these things are coming your way. All in good time.

Lots of love xx
